With a degree in marketing, Stuart started his career at UK based travel agency Thomas Cook before joining a global marketing team within IBM’s software group. As Operations Director Stuart has been managing Capitalis and helping to grow the business since 2004. With over 15 years marketing and research experience working with large national and multi-national organisations, Stuart has developed strong experience and expertise in client relationship management, market research project design and project management, as well as designing and running multiple competitive intelligence projects and opportunity analysis frameworks. On a daily basis Stuart is actively involved in working with clients to understand their business needs, developing the most appropriate research or project methodology to solve their problems and then advising and assisting on the delivery of projects and ensuring the results are meaningful and drive change for Capitalis’ clients.
With a commerce degree and an MBA in International Business, Gareth worked for GSK before joining Capitalis in 2004. As Capitalis' Commercial Director Gareth manages the growth of Capitalis and the ongoing development of strategic accounts across the public and private sector. With more than 10 years’ experience from managing Capitalis’ clients, ranging from Fortune 500 companies to government organisations and small businesses in Australia, Asia Pacific and North America, Gareth has proven skills and the ability to quickly understand a customer’s pain points and to design an appropriate project methodology that cost effectively meets their needs whilst being highly actionable. Gareth actively oversees the delivery of client work and has a highly analytical mind and keen ability to draw out meaningful insight from large amounts of information.
